We are a boutique business located just out of Glen Innes on the East Furracabad Road where we manufacture a range of Gins and Liqueurs. Our products are made entirely ‘in house’ right from the fermentation of the raw material, through to bottling and labeling. We pride ourselves in the use of local and regional fruits, vegetables and herbs and spices, handcrafting in small batches.
We have an open cellar door operating Wednesday through to Sunday, check out our Facebook page for days we are closed.
We really appreciate a quick phone call (0498 610 651) to ensure that we are here as we are often called out for other things around Glen Innes, or may be just up the back paddock!

/ SWWe happened across Annie and David at the farmers market today in Armidale. What a lovely chat we had about the delicious gins and the amazing oaked and smoked Vodka. Thanks for convincing us to buy the bigger bottle of gin. Honestly my arm was very easily twisted. Made and sold by people who obviously care about what they do.
