We are a garlic farm situated at Glencoe on the New England Tablelands in NSW Australia. Our garlic is managed by hand without chemicals being used at any stage in the processing.
We will only be producing Black Garlic which is much healthier than raw garlic but has a different taste more like molasses and balsamic vinegar.
